MS DYNAMICS CRM

Providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, project communication and implementing systems management practices has been my primary responsibilities relevant to my work with MS Dynamics CRM.

Additional responsibilities includes developing and providing support for Master Data Management business implementation. 

Customer Service/Customer Success responsibilities covers:

  • Consulting with customers and making recommendations for system related processes that will benefit their business need

  • Supporting or initiating projects to address strategic and tactical marketing issues for Relationship Marketing, Brand Marketing, Distribution Marketing and/or other business department

  • Preparing marketing materials to support data collection and delivering (internal) presentations

  • Preparing customer segmentation summaries

  • Briefing and coordinating external partners

IT Environment responsibilities covers:

  • Performing and assisting with regularly scheduled processes such as month-end and reporting

  • Assisting senior colleagues in identifying critical issues in IT design processes and policies

  • Undertaking the MDM development work (stewarding modules, data profiling, cleansing, merging, matching, data transformation, reports) and act as the "go-between" for the leadership team, the software program, and the IT Systems Owners

  • Providing observations to internal business partners about new data through data profiling

  • Being one of several main point of contacts for all support issues and requests for the CRM systems
