Providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, project communication and implementing systems management practices has been my primary responsibilities relevant to my work with NetSuite CRM+.
Additional responsibilities includes developing appropriate peer-level relationships with clients, representing the company via informal client contact as part of delivering value-centric solutions that contribute to growth and market leadership.
Customer Service/Customer Success responsibilities covers:

Consulting with customers and making recommendations for system related processes that will benefit their business need

Supporting or initiating projects to address strategic and tactical marketing issues for Relationship Marketing, Brand Marketing, Distribution Marketing and/or other business department

Providing sales support as needed

Participating on a team completing Requests for Proposals (RFP's)

Using internal systems and processes to maintain client relations and business operations
IT Environment responsibilities covers:

Performing and assisting with regularly scheduled processes such as month-end and reporting

Assisting senior colleagues in identifying critical issues in IT design processes and policies

Undertaking the MDM development work (stewarding modules, data profiling, cleansing, merging, matching, data transformation, reports) and acting as the "go-between" for the leadership team, the software program, and the IT Systems Owners

Communicating with the technical services team to ensure a project's technical requirements are met
