In addition to being a proactive, highly collaborative, results-driven B2C and B2B sales and marketing professional with the drive for excellence in a variety of demanding business units, 

developing and maintaining knowledge of customer environments and processes to identify existing and potential applications for products and services has been a strong contribution in ensuring that marketing is delivering strong pipeline and revenue contribution to the business working closely with sales.

 

My key experience includes:

  • Holding meetings with customers / prospects in a face to face environment and using the tele - reach in conjunction with web based tools

  • Identifying product-cross selling and up-selling opportunities and either taking the lead or referring them to sales personnel

  • Researching and identifying sales and service opportunities for potential customers within assigned production center/ business units or specific accounts across all solution suites

  • Providing customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position offerings effectively

  • Coordinating communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security and membership vetting

  • Communicating client account maintenance needs and requests to appropriate personnel
